An article in the The Carroll County Review (June 30, 2004) described Tom & Genevieve Nedbal's orchard in Thomson, IL.  The orchard was planted on an abandoned farm in 2000.  At the time of the article, Tom had 425 apple trees along with some peach, cherry, plum and pear trees.
