AGCO leader Kimberly Savageau wins 2024 women MAKE award

Kimberly Savageau, a final assembly supervisor at AGCO's PTx electronics manufacturing facility, has been honored with the 2024 Women MAKE Award. This prestigious award, presented by the Manufacturing Institute, celebrates women leaders in the manufacturing industry.

Savageau's journey began as a manufacturing assembler in 2019. Her dedication and leadership qualities have propelled her to coordinate all final electronics assembly jobs at the AGCO plant in Fargo, North Dakota. She ensures product quality, safety, and customer satisfaction while implementing AGCO's cultural beliefs.

Dave Bellefeuille, assembly manager, praises Savageau's leadership, drive, and positive attitude, emphasizing her role in putting customers at the center of operations. Savageau not only excels in her role but also mentors team members and supports food security initiatives in her local community.
