Precision Manual Welding
Specializing in one-offs with high-precision welding tables. Rapid-setup modular tooling helps eliminate fixture charges.
Certified welders for AWS unlimited thickness. ASME certified for pressure vessel steel welding.
Tig, Mig, or Spot Welding
Higher quality and stronger welds on non-ferrous, thin and heavier metals, including stainless steel and aluminum. Rely on our team of skilled welders for the quality tig welding your projects require. We also offer Robotic Tig Welding with water cooled fixtures to minimize warpage during the fusion process.
Precision Robotic Welding
For large production runs where the parts are conducive to robotic welding, we will build fixtures and weld them robotically for optimal flow and efficiency. The robot department at Sturdy Built features table capacities up to 5 ft. x 14 ft. with 360° rotation.
